• Original passport – Valid at least 6 months

• Residence visa – valid at least 6 months

• 1 photo – white background passport size

• Trade license copy – if partner or investor visa

• NOC – letter from company / sponsor mention purpose of travel

• Invitation letter copy from Lebanon – if going for business trip

• 3 months bank statement original with bank stamp
